1. Return of products
- Call/email us with your name, contact, invoice number and nature of the refund.
- Only unused products, products in their original packing (undamaged and unopened) may be returned for refund within 7 days from date of purchase indicated on the purchase invoice.
- Upon approval, we will inform you on how to send the product back to us.
- Shipping or delivery cost associated with the return/exchange of the product are borne by the customer.
- We will inform you once your refund has been processed.
2. Exchange of products
- Call/email us with your name, contact, invoice number and nature of the exchange.
- Products can only be exchanged if there is a defect or dispensed wrongly, within 7 days from date of purchase indicated on the purchase invoice.
- Any request of exchange must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Products that have been used or are not in their original and undamaged packing are strictly non exchangeable, not subjecting to defect products.
- Customer may opt to exchange the purchase product for another product of a higher value and pay for the difference.
- Shipping or delivery cost associated with the return/exchange of the product are borne by the customer.
- If the exchange is made due to good defect(s), exchange shipping fees will be waived.
- In an event, no exchange shall be granted if the product(s) is/are purchased using gift vouchers/under promotion/as a free gift.
